Thanks for taking the time to stop by and learn a little about me!  I am proud to be a true Native Austinite. It has been fun to watch as this little college town, rich in state government, has become a bustling city.

I initially obtained my Texas Real Estate Sales License (#399944) in 1991 simply for knowledge and growth in my position at a commercial brokerage firm. However, it soon became apparent to me that my true calling of helping people with their real estate needs was in the home space and not the warehouse space!  I began representing residential buyers and sellers in 1994 and although I took some time out to raise 3 amazing children, I have been active in the Austin area market for over 20 years.  I have seen abundant change in this industry over those years.  It has been fluid and sometimes volatile and the laws and standards have been adjusted and tweaked numerous times to protect both the Consumer and Real Estate Professional. All that change came with abundant educational opportunity to obtain specialty designations to build my knowledge even further.  In addition, the positions along the way with institutional investment companies, “mom and pop” type shops, commercial real estate companies and “I” buyer brokerages has allowed me to bring great value to my clients.  I currently hold the GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) and CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation’s.

I am honored to help individuals with the highly emotional process of purchasing and/or selling a home.  It is my true passion and I find great satisfaction in knowing I’ve given my genuine and honest, utmost attention to each client from that first consultation all the way to the closing table.

My business is built by referrals from my many satisfied clients.
