Moving over after spending years at the kw office was a difficult decision that my team took very seriously. We interviewed multiple offices and ultimately decided that Pure was the best option for us, and we haven't been disappointed. The support is excellent, and the coaching for new agents is the best I've seen and they do not take a cut from commissions for the help. The culture in the office is helpful and collegial and everyone there is very happy. If there are office politics, I haven't seen them yet. I have always donated large chunks of all of my commissions to the charities I support, especially wildlife and animal organizations. The office shares my belief in giving back: they spend an impressive amount of money building wells in communities without clean water. They pay for a lot of Google leads to come in to the office for agents in the office, and train people in their method of conversion. I wish it was a little closer to Austin but thats about it. It has all the things we didn't get at our past office, so the initial trepidation for moving was well worth it. For agents looking for support, culture, leads and purpose driven office, this is an excellent choice. For buyers and sellers, our office has excellent oversight and really experienced and well trained agents.

I would not recommend Bianca Chavez 804229 as she put the wrong address on the paperwork for a rental property for one of her clients and because of that, they shut off my utilities. Due to her client calling local utilities saying they are moving into my home address, they closed my accounts and I had to deal with the utilities to turn them back on and had a day with my electricity shut off. I don't know what realtor puts the wrong address on paperwork and does not ensure legal documents are accurate but Bianca is definitely the first and only one i ever encountered. Also, it seems like she never answered the phone for the client who was frustrated as she was without utility services for over a week because she was using the wrong address. I also called Bianca because I want her documents to be corrected and her to remove my address from all legal documents she and her renter signed and she didn't answer or return my call.
