As I’ve been turning my new house into a home over the past few weeks, I’ve found myself reflecting on the whole journey and realizing what a big deal it was to have a realtor like Liliia by my side. She made the entire process straightforward, transparent, and exactly what I needed. If you haven’t worked with Liliia, you probably don’t know what a truly individual approach feels like. She tuned into all my wishes, hesitations, questions, and knowledge gaps, and guided me through everything in a very tailored and personalized fashion. During the entire process, no question or concern was ever too big or too small. Liliia is also one of the hardest-working people I’ve met. She consistently went the extra mile and was available anytime - mornings, evenings, weekends. I still remember calling her on a Sunday evening with a last-minute worry, and she immediately helped me figure things out. During closing, she became my strongest advocate. She negotiated hard, paid attention to every detail, and genuinely fought to protect my interests. That part meant a lot to me, because I had a couple of constraints and I honestly can’t appreciate it enough. What also stood out is that Liliia's support didn’t end after closing. She continued helping with “after you buy a house” things, for example reminding me about my homestead exemption application, sharing services recommendations when I asked, and helping me navigate things that technically weren’t even part of her job anymore. Liliia wasn’t just my realtor - she genuinely made one of the biggest decisions and transitions in my life feel manageable, informed, and supported from start to finish. I truly can’t recommend Liliia enough!

Liliia Solomicheva is one of the very few people who truly impressed me with her professionalism and dedication.
