Moving wasn't originally our plan this year, but circumstances made it necessary and it had to be done quickly and efficiently. We struggled a good bit searching on our own, until we crossed paths with Zoe Viccaji. She had all the information we needed for the properties we were looking at and heavily aided us in communications with the listing agent we ended up applying to. The whole time it was evident she was on our side and doing everything she could for us. Our timeline and budget was tight and she made it happen! She even visited us two weeks after moving and touched base to see how we were settling in, a small plant and a card in hand. We felt so cared for during the process and after. We will definitely be using her services again when we search for our next home.

Marriah was awesome selling our house in Cedar Park. It had been on the market for 7 months with no offers. We switched realtors and Marriah came in with excellent suggestions, market knowledge, and a modern approach to home selling. After our first showing we got a lot of interest and an offer which led to a sale. She had our back during the entire sales process and I always knew she had our best interests in mind. She even dripped the faucets for us during a major freeze since we were no longer in the house. We are so appreciative of Marriah and her team. You will be too!

Moving over after spending years at the kw office was a difficult decision that my team took very seriously. We interviewed multiple offices and ultimately decided that Pure was the best option for us, and we haven't been disappointed. The support is excellent, and the coaching for new agents is the best I've seen and they do not take a cut from commissions for the help. The culture in the office is helpful and collegial and everyone there is very happy. If there are office politics, I haven't seen them yet. I have always donated large chunks of all of my commissions to the charities I support, especially wildlife and animal organizations. The office shares my belief in giving back: they spend an impressive amount of money building wells in communities without clean water. They pay for a lot of Google leads to come in to the office for agents in the office, and train people in their method of conversion. I wish it was a little closer to Austin but thats about it. It has all the things we didn't get at our past office, so the initial trepidation for moving was well worth it. For agents looking for support, culture, leads and purpose driven office, this is an excellent choice. For buyers and sellers, our office has excellent oversight and really experienced and well trained agents.
