We recently purchased a home where Drew Bouffard with Pure Realty represented the sellers. While we understand he was not our agent, our experience dealing with him and his office throughout the transaction was incredibly frustrating and made an already stressful process far more difficult than it needed to be. Communication was consistently poor. Calls and texts often went unanswered, getting basic answers was difficult, and our interactions with his office during negotiations were at times were rude.There were also issues with information we received during the buying process. At the open house, we were told by there representative present that the refrigerator, washer, and dryer would be staying with the home. We later found out they were not included at all. Unfortunately, the lack of follow through continued after closing. The sellers left behind trash and unwanted belongings for us to dispose of, we did not receive all of the passwords and access information for things associated with the home, and three weeks after closing we STILL do not have the garage door openers because they were taken to the Pure Realty office instead of being left at the property. Again, we understand Drew represented the sellers and not us. But professionalism, basic communication, accurate information, and a smooth turnover of the property should still be expected from everyone involved in a real estate transaction. What should have been an exciting experience purchasing our home became unnecessarily stressful, inconvenient, and exhausting. Based on our experience as the buyers dealing with Drew Bouffard and Pure Realty, we would not want to work with them in the future.
