I worked with Tanya Scafe in December 2024 to rent my property unit. Unfortunately, what started as attentive service was marred in the final stages due to a miscalculation in my disadvantage. When I brought this discrepancy to her attention, I was disappointed by the lack of accountability and the dismissive response, which offered no solutions despite at least one being available.
