We are SO excited to be in our beautiful new space!

We can’t believe we get to work here every day. We spent YEARS thinking about the design and layout. We wanted a space where our agents could collaborate, meet with clients in style, and take care of business in a productive and efficient environment. We think we hit the “Austin Vibe” nail on the head! What do you think?

Our lobby. Mercury glass front desk with a white marble top, and custom cabinets behind (they’re thinner, so the receptionist has room to boogie down back there if she wants to!) The reclaimed wood you see is from a 100-year old barn and houses two smaller interior offices, with two large conference rooms behind. Bleached tree stumps and “RE/MAX blue” velvet chairs add to the rustic-meets-modern feel. Floors throughout are stained concrete.

Each conference room has a different vibe and personality – but this one is our favorite! All of our conference rooms have at least one glass wall, a spunky wallpaper, different tables/chairs, and a funky light fixture. In this particular room, a hidden TV comes down from the ceiling. We wanted to keep the room looking as clean as possible when it wasn’t in use, so a hidden TV comes down from the ceiling whenever agents want to give a presentation!

Soft and serene. All of our conference rooms are equipped with white-noise to cut down on outside distractions.

Private workspaces are available for agents. I love this color filing cabinet! Some rooms have white, and some have mint-green ones for a different pop.

We call this the “quiet zone.” Agents can come in and get some work done with partitioned desk space and minimal noise.

Right off the “quiet zone” we have 4 phone booth rooms. If agents need to make a few calls, they can step in here so as not to disturb anyone else! More reclaimed wood ties this space into the rest of the office decor.

The most comfortable couches on the PLANET, and one of the coolest light fixtures I’ve ever seen. Usually there’s a few agents curled up here with their laptops.

We wanted a fun way to feature some of our awards, so we built this cool shelving over the printer area. Supplies are kept right behind.

The RE/MAX 1 Cafe! Cafe tables, a huge island, and some furniture make this an awesome collaboration space for agents. This is the opposite of the quiet-zone – you can always hear lots of laughter in this area!

Our training center “XLR8” has its own separate entrance and is available for rent.

Only the best training center for our amazing agents. A glass garage door can be lowered to separate the space. With the touch of a button, a large projector screen covers that large window, and everything syncs seamlessly to the two big screens on the wall. Complete with sound system!

EVEN THE BATHROOMS ARE COOL! Each bathroom features a different gray geometric tile. The rest is kept clean, simple, and modern.
