I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experience with real estate agent Katrina Goodman of Pure Realty. My experience was deeply frustrating and ultimately resulted in a complete waste of time and effort.After agreeing to all of the seller's terms and submitting an offer, which they indicated they were willing to accept, the seller, represented by Ms. Goodman, reneged on the agreement. This occurred even after they had provided a specific date for the move-in. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.The fact that the seller refused the offer after agreeing to the terms and providing a move-in date demonstrates a severe lack of good faith. This reflects poorly on Ms. Goodman's handling of the situation. The entire process was handled poorly.Due to this experience, I will never work with Katrina Goodman again. I strongly advise others to consider alternative representation to avoid similar issues.

Moving wasn't originally our plan this year, but circumstances made it necessary and it had to be done quickly and efficiently. We struggled a good bit searching on our own, until we crossed paths with Zoe Viccaji. She had all the information we needed for the properties we were looking at and heavily aided us in communications with the listing agent we ended up applying to. The whole time it was evident she was on our side and doing everything she could for us. Our timeline and budget was tight and she made it happen! Marriah was awesome selling our house in Cedar Park. It had been on the market for 7 months with no offers. We switched realtors and Marriah came in with excellent suggestions, market knowledge, and a modern approach to home selling.
