Moving over after spending years at the kw office was a difficult decision that my team took very seriously. We interviewed multiple offices and ultimately decided that Pure was the best option for us, and we haven't been disappointed. The support is excellent, and the coaching for new agents is the best I've seen and they do not take a cut from commissions for the help. The culture in the office is helpful and collegial and everyone there is very happy. If there are office politics, I haven't seen them yet. I have always donated large chunks of all of my commissions to the charities I support, especially wildlife and animal organizations. The office shares my belief in giving back: they spend an impressive amount of money building wells in communities without clean water. They pay for a lot of Google leads to come in to the office for agents in the office, and train people in their method of conversion. I wish it was a little closer to Austin but thats about it. It has all the things we didn't get at our past office, so the initial trepidation for moving was well worth it.
