Do not recommend working with this broker. We signed with Shweta from Pure Realty to vet and place a tenant. It was a costly mistake. The tenant was placed without appropriate checks or basic screening. They smoked inside, vandalized the property, brought in unauthorized occupants, kept illegal pets, and submitted a fake ID that was never caught. We ended up in court to remove them — and were left with massive repair bills and huge financial damages. No in-person showing, no real background check, no ID verification. Free self-screening does more than what I got from a licensed broker. Avoid Pure Realty for any leasing needs.
